Refund policy
Every Kashmir Galore piece is completely handcrafted and involves the time-tested craftsmanship of skilled artisans. Therefore, we assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.
-We offer one free alteration on every garment order. The free alteration service has to be availed within 2 months from order completion. The customer has to bear shipping costs for altering an item.
-Products sold under promotions, sample sales or at a discounted price do not get free alteration service.
-Every customer is valued at Kashmir Galore and in case of any damage in transit or a wrong item delivery (color/size), please write to us at info@kashmirgalore.com within 3 days of receiving the product or Whatsapp at +919999934247
-The product eligible for exchange must be send back in their original state with all the tags/fringes intact. We will not accept returns of used or soiled product. We have the right to deny the exchange if the product does not meet our quality check standard.
