Our standard order processing time is 15-25 business days.
Domestic orders will be delivered in 2-3 business days post dispatch.
Standard international shipping takes 5-6 business days to deliver post dispatch.

Every Kashmir Galore piece is completely handcrafted and involves the time-tested craftsmanship of skilled artisans. Therefore, we assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you.

Our hand-knotted carpets and pashmina shawls are crafted by master artisans in Kashmir, while our apparel is thoughtfully designed and manufactured in New Delhi
